本机引进意大利STILMAS多效蒸馏水机全套生产技术进行生产，主机主要由蒸发器、预热器、冷凝器、电器自动控制部分组成。
This kind of machine is imported from Italy STILMAS multiple effect water distiller whole production technology, the mainframe consists of evaporator, pre-heater, condensator, electrics automation control system.
蒸发器采用垂直列管降膜蒸发原理。机器采用上下结构，上部为蒸发操作室，下部为汽水分离室，汽水分离室采用独特多级分离，即：重力沉降＋螺旋板分离＋雾沫捕集。
Evaporator adopts vertical pipe fall film evaporation principle. The machine adopts top and bottom structure, the top part is evaporation operating chamber, the bottom part is steam-water separation chamber, the separation chamber adopts unique multiple level separation, viz: gravitation subside + helix board separation + fog from collection.
本机工作原理依据多效蒸发器之间工作压力不同，效产生的纯蒸汽可作下一效的加热蒸汽（一效采用锅炉蒸汽加热）。如此经过多次的换热蒸发，原料水被充分汽化，各效产生的纯蒸汽则在换热过程中被冷凝为蒸馏水，从而达到节约加热蒸汽和冷却水的目的。
The working principle of this machine is according to the different working pressure between multiple effect evaporator, the pure steam generated by the first effect can be used for the next effect heat steam (the first effect adopts boil steam to heat). After several times heat exchange evaporation, the raw material water is boiled away sufficiently; pure steam generated by each effect becomes condensate distilled water during heat exchange process, so as to attain the aim to save heat steam and cool water.
技术特点（Characteristics）
1、外置预热器、双冷凝器、多效蒸发器均为双管板卫生设计；
Outside pre-heater, double-condensator, multi-effect evaporator adopt double-pipe board design.
2、特殊的汽液分离装置，纯化水经过降膜蒸发、重力分离、特殊分离装置多次分离，满足注射用水内毒素的药典要求；
Special steam-liquid separation device, pure water through fall film evaporation, gravity separation, special separation device multiple times separation, satisfy the requirement of injection pharmacopoeia;
3、设备及管道内表面电化学抛光处理，保证不锈钢表面的光洁度的要求，管道与管道附件的连接均为自动轨道、氩气全保护焊接，保证内外自动成型的焊接质量，工作表面并经过酸洗、钝化处理；
Equipment and pipe inner surface adopt electrochemistry polishing treatment, ensure the requirement of the stainless steel surface finishing, pipe and pipe accessories joint adopt automation orbit , argon protection welding, ensure the welding quality of the inner and outer forming, the working surface adopts racinage and passivation treatment.
4、与原料水、注射用水、二次蒸汽接触的部分均采用SS316L不锈钢材质，工作表面经过酸洗、钝化处理；

5、多效蒸馏水机上所使用的阀门、管件、仪器仪表均满足卫生级要求，满足GMP验证需求；

6、多效蒸馏水机由于二次蒸汽在各效中逐级使用，对蒸汽的热能利用充分，节能效果更加明显，五效蒸馏水机使用很少的冷却水，六效蒸馏水机不用冷却水冷却；
Secondary steam of multiple effect distiller is used by every effect, the heat utilization is sufficient, the power salvation is evident, the fifth effect distiller uses less cooling water, the sixth effect distiller doesn’t use cooling water to cool.
7、具有开机自动灭菌程序，实现系统自动灭菌功能。
