JDC-R 电容测厚测振仪
小孔(超长通孔或盲孔)精密测量仪,该测量仪主要针对直径小至 ,长度达30mm—150mm的
通孔及盲孔。其优点是可测量长孔的各个截面尺寸,达亚微米级,填补了国内小孔(超长通孔或盲孔)测量的空白。(The measurement instrument of small hole has been developed by College of precision instrument and opto-electronic engineering, Tianjin University. It’s main function is to solve the difficult problem of precision measuring a small hole that has a small diameter of less than and a length of 30mm—150mm.)
二、 自动测量仪结构(The structure of the automatic measurement instrument)
图1为测量仪外观,仪器由四部分组成:测量主机部分、电容传感器电器箱、手动自动控制盒及计算机系统。各零部件的名称和作用如图2所示。(The instrument profile is showed in Fig.1, it’s composed by four parts of main measuring system, sensor electric equipment, control box for manual and automation switch and computer system. The titles and function of Main assembly are showed in Fig.2.)

1、2、3-XY向千分螺丝(X-Y micrometers) 4-电容传感器夹持柄(sensor holder)
5、8-锁紧机构(lock mechanism)6-电容传感器(capacitance sensor)
7-被测工件(measured workpice) 9、10、11-CCD视觉系统(vision system)
12、13-步进电机(step motor)14、15-Z向导轨(Z guide way)
16、17、18-花岗岩工作台(granite worktable)
三、仪器的功能和技术参数(Technical specification of the instrument )
该仪器根据国际IEEE学会针对微波同轴外导体内孔测量的标准草案内容进行的设计,因此不仅可测量同轴外导体内孔尺寸,而且可测量其它各种相关行业零部件的内孔尺寸。仪器分辨力、及传感器轴线与被测内孔轴线的对中如表所示。
The instrument is designed based on IEEE Draft Standard for Precision Coaxial Connectors (DC to 110 GHz),the sensor type to be measured, resolution and accuracy of the instrument, precision alignment between the center positioning of the sensor with a inner diameter are showed in the table below:

四、仪器的技术特点( Novel technical characteristics of the instrument)
1. 在该领域首先建立了以电容传感器进行同轴传输线外导体内径的自动测量技术;

3. 仪器采用视觉放大对中技术,实现了被测孔与传感测头微米级的对中,解决了该项测量发展的瓶颈;
(The center positioning alignment technology for the center position of the sensor with a inner diameter of a Coaxial Connectors solves the bottle-neck problem for developing the measurement of the inner diameter.; )
4. 采用标准件环规对传感器进行标定,符合精密计量的基准溯源要求,确保了测量的可靠性;
(The calibration method with a standard circular gauge meets the standard traceability requirement, so the measuring reliability can be guaranteed;)
5. 采用计算机控制技术,实现了小深孔各个截面的自动数据采集及处理,在同类测量系统中居地位;
(With the computer control technology, the inner diameters of each specified section can be measured and the measured data are collected to be deal with. This process above located a leading high level in the same measuring system for deep hole diameter;)
6.设计了弹性装卡结构,使仪器的操作简单,灵活。
